A few weeks ago, someone posted a question on Reddit asking how to hack Snapchat, a social media app popular among teens.
I have been doing a lot of research on barbell squats in the gym and have found this post to be the perfect resource to help you hack a squat from the ground up.
I wanted to share my findings with you so you can do the same.
Barbell squat basics1.
Get a barbell2.
Get your feet aligned3.
Hold a bar in front of you4.
Get down on your back5.
Put your hands on the bar and lower down into the squat6.
Once you’re down, hold your breath and repeat7.
This is not a squat technique, it is a full-body squat technique8.
The key to success in the squat is finding the bar that is right for you9.
Find a bench to squat from10.
Get the barbell off of your feet11.
Sit on the bench with your feet flat on the ground12.
Lift your arms up and your back straight13.
Keep your elbows bent at 90 degrees14.
Keeping your body straight, push yourself up into the bar.15.
Repeat this process until you are down and squat down 16.
If you need to find a bench that is less than 50% of your body weight, you can just put the bar down in the bottom position, as shown here.17.
I found a bench in the backyard for under $20, and it is the perfect spot to squat with.18.
Here’s how I did it, with some additional videos and pictures to help.1.
Grab a bar for about $25-30.
I recommend a 2.5lb barbell.
Squat for 5-10 reps with your hands spread wide open.
After you squat, turn your body back and repeat.
Keep lowering down into it. 5.
Keep going until you feel your abs tighten up. 6.
You can squat to up to 50% body weight in a single set.
Keep doing this until you can squat 50% for 5 sets.
Do not get too high.
Keep repeating until you’re done.
