What is hacking?
Hackers have stolen the $1 million cryptocurrency from a bitcoin exchange, it was reported on Monday.
The theft happened last week, the New York Times reported.
The report said that hackers accessed Bitstamps account, accessed its private keys and took over $1.5 million worth of bitcoin.
The New York Post also reported that hackers stole Bitstams bitcoins account.
According to the Times, Bitstamts public keys were stolen, and a company called Bittrex said that it has taken action to shut down its network and protect BitstAMP’s user funds.
The breach comes just two weeks after Bitstamped announced it would begin accepting bitcoins in 2018.
The exchange will accept only Bitcoin as payment.
Bitcoin has been gaining popularity due to its high price and lack of regulation.
It is also a new form of payment for people in developing countries and has attracted the attention of hackers.
